Westbrook Park
Located west of the city on 11th Street.
This is DeWitt's largest park (100 acres)and includes five picnic shelters, four baseball / softball diamonds, three playground equipment areas, an 18 hole disc golf course, camp Minor Boy Scout Camp, 1 dog park, 1 mountain bike trail, two public restrooms, and a concession stand. The park also includes a natural timber area with foot trails and a 10' wide multi purpose trail (Paul Skeffington Memorial Trail) for walkers, joggers and bicycles. Silver Creek runs through the park. Westbrook Park was first acquired and developed in 1968.

Description: Westbrook Park Trails - Bike Ride from Trail Entrance on 11th Street (north side of Road) just West of McDonalds. Trail to the south under 11th Street into Westbrook Park, south to Silver Creek Bridge, continuing south on trails. Turned around at trail where fallen trees blocked trail. Continued past Butterfly Garden, across Wooden Silver Creek Bridge and ended at Westbrook Park southern Parking Lot, Dewitt, Iowa. Video length 7:40.
