Meet the staff

Kevin Lake, Director
Kevin Lake became DeWitt's Parks & Recreation Director in 2005. Previously, Kevin was employed by the City of Davenport (IA) Parks & Recreation Department.  A native of Davenport, Kevin holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Iowa and master's degree from University of Central Missouri. Kevin is a member of Iowa Parks & Recreation Association & the National Recreation & Parks Association.

Kevin is responsible for the DeWitt Fitness Center, DeWitt Aquatic Center, DeWitt Community Center, recreation programs, DeWitt Crossroads Triathlon as well as our parks.

Greg Ludwig, Recreation Supervisor
In 2020, Greg Ludwig became the City of Dewitt's Recreation Supervisor for the Parks & Recreation Department. Greg holds a master's degree in Sports and Recreation Management, and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, both from the Univeristy of Iowa. Greg was previous employed by the City of Davenport (IA) Parks & Recreation Department.

Greg is responsible for recreation programming.
